Counselling and crisis support
Immediate and ongoing support for youth experiencing crisis, trauma, or mental health challenges. We provide a safe, non-judgmental space where youth can access emotional support, build coping strategies, and connect through guided peer support and drop-in programs.
Youth drop-in and community support
A safe, inclusive space where youth can connect, share experiences, and build a sense of belonging. Through weekly drop-in sessions and guided conversations, youth strengthen social skills, confidence, and community connection.
Respite and behavioural support
Personalized respite and behavioural support tailored to each youth’s needs. Through individualized care and a wraparound approach, we support emotional regulation, skill development, and positive growth at home and in the community.
Workshops and training
Practical, skills-based workshops for youth, families, and community partners delivered in schools and community settings. Programs focus on life skills, healthy living, employment readiness, and prevention education to support long-term success.
Transitional housing
Safe, staffed housing for youth transitioning from child welfare into independent living. We provide a stable, trauma-informed environment where youth build life skills, strengthen well-being, and develop the confidence needed for independence.
In-home placements
Through individualized, compassionate care, we provide supportive, family-style home environments that promote stability, safety, and a strong sense of belonging.
